Redline’s Response to COVID-19

CLICK HERE FOR THE REDLINE OPERATIONS UPDATE (04/15/2020)

To all Redline Customers, Suppliers and Partners,

As you know, since late last year, organisations around the world have been responding in various ways to the threats posed by COVID-19. On behalf of Redline Communications, we want to share the plan we have put in place to deal with the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Redline is coordinating closely with our suppliers and partners in a joint effort of meeting our customers’ needs while also ensuring the health of our employees and compliance with the regulations and requirements in the countries and regions in which we operate.

First and foremost, Redline remains open for business. We are continuing to develop new products, process and ship orders, provide advanced services and support and satisfy the needs of our customers. Our sales, operations and service teams are continuing to carry out their duties and responsibilities to meet our customer’s requirements.

We are working closely with our freight and shipping partners to ensure products are received by our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible, subject to various international transportation restrictions that are beyond our control. Any issues or delays will be quickly communicated to our customers.

At all Redline locations, we have taken the following steps:

  • Authorized and encouraged team members to work from home whenever and wherever possible until further notice. Many of Redline’s staff already work remotely and this is an extension of an already established mode of operation for Redline.
  • We have eliminated all business-related travel and inter-office travel to reduce the chances of exposure and to ensure the continued health of staff and their ability to support our customers.
  • Any staff who have returned from travel (business or personal) will enter a 14 day self-isolation period to ensure no contact with staff, customers or suppliers.
  • We have restricted outside access to Redline offices to increase social distancing. We are continuing meetings within the company and with our customers, suppliers and partners virtually.

During these unprecedented and extraordinary times, we will keep you updated, as we continue to monitor and fine tune our actions to deal with rapidly evolving circumstances.

Should you have any questions, please contact your Redline representative directly, or contact us at 1-844-991-4802 or support@rdlcom.com.

On behalf of the entire Redline team, I thank you for your continued support and we wish you, your teams and families well in this unprecedented time.
