The ideal Supply Chain Analyst will act as support in Inventory and manufacturing operations. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and will help in providing relevant, reliable inventory accuracy to support manufacturing in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Inventory management of on-site manufacturing work cell
  • Use lean manufacturing methodologies to maintain inventory levels
  • Keep track of stock on hand and consumption
  • Provide clear to build status on builds
  • Place PO’s with vendors
  • Manage vendor quotes and lead times
  • Receive inventory and assemblies for manufacturing
  • Participate in physical inventory counts with finance
  • Maintain database for new part numbers in GP (ERP software) and Omnify (Product Data Management Software)
  • Other ad-hoc projects, physical tasks to support manufacturing, reporting and analysis, as required

Must Have Experience and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Very strong excel skills and ability to create reports in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days/week. Remote work available on occasion.
