Chief Executive Officer

Robert Williams joined Redline in May 2010, advancing steadily through its executive ranks from Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and then President Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Redline's largest market. Robert brings more than 20 years of experience in computing, networking and security to his role as CEO of Redline Communications, and prior to joining Redline in 2010, served as Vice President at Bluecat Networks, CEO of Bioscrypt, and Vice President of Engineering for Psion Teklogix Inc.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.


Chief Financial Officer

As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Joan is responsible for all aspects of Redline's finances, human resources, and administration. She brings significant financial and operational leadership experience in the technology space. Joan joined Redline in August 2011 as Corporate Controller and has served as VP of Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Controller since April 2016. Prior to Redline, Joan served as Corporate Controller of Xenos Group Inc. a TSX listed Canadian software company later acquired by US based, Actuate Corporation where she continued as Corporate Controller, Actuate Canada. Earlier in her career, Joan held various financial reporting and analyst positions at Imperial Oil Limited.

Joan is a CPA, CMA and holds a Business Administration - Accounting Diploma from Fanshawe College.


Vice President, Development and Production

Bojan Subasic is responsible for the development and manufacturing of Redline products. He joined Redline in 2007 from Celestica Global Design Services where he was Principal Engineer. As a member of the CTO office, he was responsible for global wireless technology leadership, working on a number of projects with key Celestica customers such as Nortel, Lucent and Andrew. Bojan also held various engineering and management positions at Mark IV IVHS division, Bel-Tronics, Centrax, WorkOnce and Altigo.

Bojan is a graduate of the University of Zagreb in Computer & Radar Science.


Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Louis Lambert is responsible for broadening Redline's reach into new markets, with a focus on the company's LTE product line, as well as a number of strategic accounts, relationships and projects. Louis joined Redline in 2002 and has grown with the company, holding increasingly senior positions in Sales, Sales Management and Business Development. Most recently he developed best practices for Redline's Oil & Gas customers.

Prior to Redline, Louis held various Sales and Business Development positions in the telecommunications industry at companies including, Alcatel-Lucent, Coppercom and Xylan.


Vice President, Global Channel Sales

As Vice President of Global Channel Sales, Jimmy manages Redline's territory sales team and works closely with key strategic customers and partners to drive further growth in Redline's markets globally. Since joining Redline in 2006, Jimmy took on increasing responsibilities, starting from Manager to Sr. Director of Worldwide Channel, to AVP of Critical Infrastructure, and now VP of Global Channel Sales overseeing sales management and channel development.

Jimmy graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and had previously held various analyst positions with Safeway Inc., based out of Pleasanton, California.


Vice President, Operations and Technology

As Vice President of Operations and Technology, Abdelsalam is responsible for all aspects of Redline's Operations and Technology (contract manufacturing, supply chain & procurement, sales operation, process improvement and IT) and their strategic alignment to the business and corporate strategy.

Prior to Redline, Abdelsalam was Security & Operations Manager at KULACOM, an Internet service provider in Jordan. Before that he was Development Manager in cashU (Maktoob / Yahoo), the first online payment method in MENA region.

Abdelsalam holds a Masters of Science in Information, Network and Computer Security from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
